Several gated communities with villas in the hills surrounding Dawn Beach, extending over to Guana Bay, with stunning ocean views. Calm area.

 

Little Bay
Little Bay: Near to Great Bay, Philipsburg, Dutch side. Calm surroundings, with beaches. Several condo resorts, time share units. Easy access to Great Bay, Philipsburg and its shopping and entertainment.

 

Porto Cupecoy
Porto Cupecoy: Dutch side, on French border (Lowlands) Most recent top class development. Apartments and boat slips for sale. Shops, supermarket, boutiques and restaurants on premises.Beaches at walking distance. Stylish atmosphere. Marina on Simpson Bay Lagoon. Huge shopping center to open soon nearby. Cultural events.

 

Oyster Pond
Oyster Pond, French side: Bungalows, villas, apartments, houses Caribbean style, in natural and calm surroundings. Beaches and marina in walking distance. Grocery shops and plenty of restaurants. 10 mn drive to Philipsburg and Orient Bay.

 

Villa on Pelican Key
Pelican Key: Plenty of resorts with condos, upscale villas, apartments, time share. Beaches, marina and yacht club. Lots of restaurants, bars, entertainment nearby on Simpson Bay.

 

From Marigot to Nettlee Bay: French side. Resorts with condos and bungalows.On beach or lagoon. French capital Marigot nearby. Boutiques, restaurants, supermarkets, all plentiful. More entertainment near Marigot, calmer on Nettlee Bay (near French Lowlands)

 

Orient Bay

Orient Bay: The Caribbean St. Tropez, on the French side. Villas, bungalows, apartments in traditional style, along endless white sand beach.Many shops, bars, water sports and restaurants along the beach. The real French flair! It gets quieter the higher you are.

 

 

Simpson Bay: The tourist center of the Dutch side. Plenty of resorts, time share, condos. Marinas, beaches, lots of bars, shops, restaurants, supermarkets. Not far from international airport. Entertainment day and night!

 

French Lowlands (Terres Basses): Secluded, luxury villas along sea and lagoon. Closed, upscale communities. For non- residents, only accessible by sea. Near Dutch border at Cupecoy and Nettlee Bay on the French side for shopping.Very quiet area.

 

Cupecoy: Dutch side, on border with French Lowlands. Several resorts, time share, condos, villas. Beach beneath cliffs . Supermarket at Porto Cupecoy. Huge shopping center coming soon. Proximity of casino, American University, Porto Cupecoy.International Airport not very far.
