Who we are:
Our Antiguan born chef, Calvin Francis, has a diploma in culinary art and has been working in the hospitality industry for 15 years.
For 8 years, he has been working in several American 4 & 5 stars restaurants, accumulating great experience in the most prestigious cuisine from all over the world.
In order to offer his clients full enjoyment of high gastronomy, chef Francis has trained in pairing dishes with their adequate wines. |
